Meadowlight Circle
~ Psychotherapy for individuals and small groups, ages 18+ in Washington state

Anxiety. Grief. Relationship struggles. Life transitions and unexpected changes. Difficult childhood experiences that continue to affect you today. Familiar patterns that keep repeating.
Sometimes our life experiences leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and from the people around us, and therapy can be a way for us to begin finding our way back.

The core of my approach is relational - I believe our relationships shape us and connection to others is an important part of how we grow and heal. Our work together will often include curious exploration of how your life experiences have influenced the ways you cope, protect yourself, and relate to others, and what you might want to carry forward or do differently.
Connecting with nature is also an important part of my therapeutic orientation. Please click through to learn more about incorporating nature into your therapeutic experience!
Hello, I'm Corrina.
No matter the reason you're
considering therapy, I believe that you
innately know what you need - even in the midst of confusion , doubt, and anxiety. I'll bring curiosity, attention, compassion, and professional knowledge to our work, but therapy is something we do together.
My style is warm, collaborative, and engaged, with room for humor and recognition of our shared humanity. You can ask questions, tell me when something isn't working, and let me know if you'd like to go in a different direction. I may sometimes invite you to look at something in a new way or stay with something that feels difficult, but you will always have a voice. Your therapy belongs to you.
